All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class recorded a signature is required on delivery.
Next day delivery must be ordered before 1:00pm
All items order before a bank holiday will be posted the next working day

Return & Exchange Policy
Koralee London Beauty Store accepts returns and exchanges if the returned item is in its original packaging unworn without marks and still with tags intact. All items must be returned within14days. Once Exchanged the item is non-returnable.
Sale items are not returnable. Return to the address provided on your return order form or on our website.
Completed the return form with name, order number reason for the return or exchange, and address.
Any items that are stained, worn, or in a condition which we are unable to resell will be returned to the customer.
Please try to avoid makeup and tan when trying items on.
Swimwear is not returnable.
Refunds
Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return and refund.
Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.
